Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the CarTVPro iOS app (the "App"). The developer and data controller is Mustafa Yılmaz ("we"). Questions: [email protected].

Account and personal information

You don't need an account to use the App. We don't ask for or collect your name, email address, location or contacts.

Data that stays on your device

• the list links, Xtream / media server user names and passwords you add,
• your favorites, watch history, resume positions and settings,
• free-plan usage counters,
• if "Analytics" is on: counts of app opens, playbacks and errors.

This data is stored only on your device and is not sent to us or any third party. The analytics summary is added to an email only if you send one from the "Report a problem" screen.

Streaming servers

When you open a channel or video, the App connects directly to the server you added. That connection does not pass through us; the server's own terms apply.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro purchases are processed by Apple (App Store); we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify your subscription status. For this, RevenueCat receives:

• an anonymous user ID generated by the App,
• purchase and subscription history (product, date, renewal status),
• technical information such as device model, OS version, country / language and IP address.

This information is used only to verify and restore your subscription and to provide the App's features. It is not used for advertising or tracking and is not linked to your identity. Details: RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Advertising and tracking

The App has no ads. We don't track you across other apps or websites and we don't sell your data.

Children

The App is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Deleting your data

Use Settings › Delete all my data to remove everything from your device in one tap. Deleting the App also removes this data. To request deletion of the anonymous purchase record at RevenueCat, email [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page.

Hesap ve kişisel bilgiler

Uygulamayı kullanmak için hesap açman gerekmez. Adını, e-posta adresini, konumunu ya da rehberini istemeyiz ve toplamayız.

Yalnızca cihazında kalan veriler

• Eklediğin liste bağlantıları, Xtream / medya sunucusu kullanıcı adları ve şifreleri,
• favorilerin, izleme geçmişin, kaldığın yer bilgileri ve ayarların,
• ücretsiz plan süre sayaçları (yansıtma ve izleme süreleri),
• "Analiz" tercihi açıksa uygulama açılış / oynatma / hata sayıları.

Bu veriler yalnızca cihazında saklanır, bize ya da üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez. Analiz özeti yalnızca sen "Sorun bildir" ekranından e-posta gönderirsen, senin onayınla e-postaya eklenir.

Yayın sunucuları

Bir kanal ya da video açtığında uygulama doğrudan senin eklediğin sunucuya bağlanır. Bu bağlantı bizim üzerimizden geçmez; o sunucunun işleyişi kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.

Abonelik ve satın almalar

Pro abonelik satın alımları Apple (App Store) tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgilerine erişimimiz yoktur. Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak için RevenueCat, Inc. hizmetini kullanırız. Bu kapsamda RevenueCat'e şu bilgiler iletilir:

• uygulamanın oluşturduğu anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği,
• satın alma ve abonelik geçmişi (ürün, tarih, yenileme durumu),
• cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, ülke / dil ve IP adresi gibi teknik bilgiler.

Bu bilgiler yalnızca aboneliğini doğrulamak, geri yüklemek ve uygulama işlevini sağlamak için kullanılır; reklam ya da takip için kullanılmaz ve kimliğinle eşleştirilmez. Ayrıntılar: RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası.

Reklam ve takip

Uygulamada reklam yoktur. Seni başka uygulama ve web sitelerinde takip etmeyiz, verini satmayız.

Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.

Verilerini silme

Ayarlar › Tüm verilerimi sil ile cihazındaki tüm verileri tek dokunuşla silebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek de bu verileri kaldırır. RevenueCat'teki anonim satın alma kaydının silinmesini [email protected] adresinden isteyebilirsin.

KVKK kapsamındaki hakların

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesi kapsamındaki taleplerini [email protected] adresine iletebilirsin. Talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde ya da bu sayfada duyurulur.
