CarCoding supports the VAG MEB platform, a shared ECU family used by 12 vehicles across Audi, Cupra, Seat, Skoda, and Volkswagen. Examples include the Volkswagen ID.3, ID.4, and Skoda Enyaq iV. The app connects via an ELM327 BLE OBD2 adapter to access 8 specific modules, such as BRAKES 03 and GATEWAY 19.

The app allows users to adjust settings like steering characteristics, parking assistant, and lane keeping assist. It also manages features such as driving profile selection and counter steer support. The available options are resolved at runtime from the vehicle unit's part number using ODX data.

On Volkswagen Group cars the setting list is resolved from the car: CarCoding reads the unit's part number and fetches the matching ODX bit map at runtime. The list you see is the one your unit actually carries.
