By downloading or using CarTVPro you agree to these terms. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. The service

CarTVPro is a media player that plays M3U, Xtream and media server lists added by the user. The App does not provide, host or sell any channels, movies or series.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure the lists you add are legal and that you are entitled to access their content. Using lists that infringe copyright is prohibited.

3. Safe use

Video must not be watched while driving. The picture is for passengers only or for when the car is parked. Obeying traffic rules is the driver's responsibility.

4. Free plan

On the free plan, playback is limited to 60 minutes of use followed by a 10-minute break. These limits may change with prior notice.

5. Pro subscription

Pro removes the free-plan breaks. Two options are available: Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly (Türkiye: 99 ₺ / month, 999 ₺ / year; in other countries the App Store's local price applies).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds follow Apple's rules and are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can restore purchases with "Restore purchases" in the App on devices using the same Apple ID.

6. Limitation of liability

CarTVPro is not liable for outages, quality issues or content loss caused by list providers. The App is provided "as is".

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
